A class with a focaccia focus: we'll make two different types of Focaccias. This delicious rustic bread is a relative of pizza dough, but has a much more risen structure and cake-like texture.  So easy to make in your own kitchen!  We'll make and bake an Herb Garlic Focaccia as well as a Tomato Focaccia.  Class fee includes all ingredients, materials, plus recipe handouts PLUS each participant will take home a new half-sheet pan. 

Limited to 6 participants.

Bring and Apron and headcovering  ie cap/scarf

Bring Pen and paper for notes, but we have plenty on hand here.

Water bottle if desired

Please wear closed-toe shoes with good grip on a floury floor

Please wear a shirt with sleeves that can be pushed up and stay up

Please do not wear jewelry that might fall into your dough!

Please avoid nail polish---(gross if it chips off into your dough)


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

In the case that Going With The Grain cancels the class due to weather or illness, all participants will receive a 100% refund.

We will be happy to send you a full refund if you cancel on or before Feb 1  and we are able to re-fill your booking. Otherwise, we will refund 50%.
