Do you maintain a sourdough culture for baking bread?  Do you feel guilty when you have to 'discard' half of it every time you feed it?  We hate that too. Join the #nodiscard movement!  Clever cooks can make a variety of dishes with that discard--- and not just pancakes.  We'll demo and cook five delicious recipes from 'discard'.  Pancakes (sweet and savory), waffles, crackers, cookies, pasta.  Everybody cooks, everybody eats!
