Simple, classic French Baguette. Light and airy with a thin, crisp crust. Goes with everything. Our version is not super-skinny. NB: does not keep well for more than 12 hours, but freezes well; slice and freeze in ziplocs OR slice into sandwich-sized lengths, cut those lengths in half and freeze for sandwich 'buns'.
Ingredients: organic unbleached bread flour with malted barley, water, organic corn flour organic sea salt, yeast.
