This is a beautiful, flavorful whole-wheat loaf made with a very tiny amount of sourdough --  (2 oz culture per 5 loaves) It is not 100% whole wheat.  No strong sour taste, but deep whole wheat flavor, great chew, dark crust.  What it's not:  a bitter, dense brick.

Ingredients:  Organic Whole Wheat flour , Organic unbleached bread flour, water, natural sourdough culture,  sea salt. (no yeast).
